Associazione Calcio Milan, commonly referred to as AC Milan and as simply Milan in Italy, are an Italian professional football club based in Milan, Lombardy. The club was founded in 1899 and has since spent most of its history in the top flight of Italian football.

Milan have won 18 officially recognized international titles, tied with Boca Juniors as having the most in the world. The club have won what is today known as the UEFA Champions League on seven occasions; only Real Madrid have won it more times (9). As far as Italian competitions are concerned, Milan are the second most successful club with 17 league titles; only Juventus have won more (27). AC Milan have won four world titles, more than any other club in the world. They have won the Intercontinental Cup 3 times , and the FIFA Club World Cup once.

Bugatti was founded in Molsheim, France, as a manufacturer of high performance automobiles by Ettore Bugatti, an Italian man described as an eccentric genius.

The original company is legendary for producing some of the most exclusive cars in the world as well as some of the fastest. The original Bugatti brand failed with the coming of World War II, like many high-end marques of the time. The death of Ettore’s son Jean was also a contributory factor. The company struggled financially and released one last model in the 1950s before eventually being purchased for its airplane parts business in the 1960s. Today the name is owned by Volkswagen Group who have revived it as a builder of very limited production sports cars.

Ferrari S.p.A. is an Italian sports car manufacturer based in Maranello, Italy. Founded by Enzo Ferrari in 1928 as Scuderia Ferrari, the company sponsored drivers and manufactured race cars before moving into production of street-legal vehicles in 1947 as Ferrari S.p.A.. Throughout its history, the company has been noted for its continued participation in racing, especially in Formula One, where it has enjoyed great success.

After years of financial struggles, Enzo Ferrari sold the company’s sports car division to the Fiat group in 1969 to ensure continued financial backing. Enzo Ferrari retained control of the racing division until his death in 1988 at the age of 90. Earlier that year he had overseen the launch of the Ferrari F40; the last new Ferrari to be launched before his death, and arguably one of the most famous supercars ever made.

Ferrari also has an internally managed merchandising line that licenses many products bearing the Ferrari brand, including eyewear, pens, pencils, electronic goods, perfume, clothing, high-tech bicycles, watches, cell phones, and even laptop computers.

In 2007 the Financial Times put Ferrari at the top of its list of 100 Best Workplaces in Europe.

Paolo Cesare Maldini (Italian pronunciation: [ˈpaolo malˈd̪ini]; born June 26, 1968 in Milan) is an Italian footballer who has played his entire career for Serie A club A.C. Milan. The son of Cesare Maldini, he is the most-selected player in the history of the club, Serie A and the Italian national team. He has played at left back for the majority of his career, although he can also operate as a centre back. He is the most capped player for the Italian national team with 126 caps.

David Robert Joseph Beckham, (born 2 May 1975) is an English football midfielder currently playing for Italian Serie A club Milan (on loan from Major League Soccer club Los Angeles Galaxy) and the England national team. Beckham’s stint with Milan, which began 7 January 2009, is a two-month loan in order to retain his fitness levels during the MLS offseason. Beckham earned his much-publicised hundredth cap for England against France on 26 March 2008.

Rutgerus Johannes Martinus van Nistelrooij (commonly spelled as van Nistelrooy; born 1 July 1976 in Oss, North Brabant) is a Dutch footballer who plays as a striker for Spanish La Liga club Real Madrid C.F. He is currently the second-highest goalscorer in Champions League history with sixty goals. He is a three-time Champions League top scorer, as well as a top scorer in three different European domestic leagues.

Rafael van der Vaart (born February 11, 1983 in Heemskerk) is a Dutch footballer who plays for Spanish La Liga side Real Madrid C.F. and the Dutch national team. He is an attacking midfielder but usually functions as a playmaker. Despite not being a striker, van der Vaart does have a knack for scoring vital goals, scoring 29 in 74 games for former club Hamburg.
